На підставі Рішення Виконавчого Комітету Глухівської міської ради від 21.09.2017 року №245 "Про коригування тарифів на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування та постачання" відбулося збільшення ціни на теплову енергію, її виробництво транспортування та постачання для потреб бюджетних установ та інших споживачів. Керуючись ст.36 ч.4 п.7 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" згідно ст.651 ЦК України, ст.188 ГК України, пункту договору 7.4.4 Сторони дійшли спільної згоди внести зміни до договору та доповнити його пунктом 3.4 "Ціна за одиницю товару"
