1. Внести зміни до розділу 1. Предмет закупівлі п.1.6. Договору поставки №29 від 22.04.2019 року та викласти в такій редакції: «Ціна бензину А-92 – складає 24,2896грн./л з ПДВ в кількості 7770л на суму 188730,20 грн.; ціна дизельного палива 24,52 грн./л в кількості 16365 л на суму 401269,80 грн.»; 2. Внести зміни до розділу 3. Ціна договору п.3.1. : «Загальна сума Договору 590000 грн.00 коп. (п’ятсот дев’яносто тисяч гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 98333грн.33 коп.» 3. Викласти п.3.2. розділу 3. Ціна договору в наступній редакції: «Фінансування договору здійснюється за рахунок коштів міської ради – 590 000,00грн. з ПДВ (п’ятсот дев’яносто тисяч гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 98333,33 грн.» 4. Внести зміни до п.12 Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін: Постачальник ТОВ «АГРОПЕТРОТРЕЙД» 51600 Дніпропетровська область м. Верхньодніпровськ Вул.
