1. У зв’язку з зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, сторони дійшли згоди в розділі 3 «Ціна договору» пункт 3.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції: зменшити ціну договору на 20000,00 грн. (двадцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.). Загальна сума договору становить 81304,00 грн. (вісімдесят одна тисяча триста чотири грн. 00 коп.) 2. Дія цієї додаткової угоди поширюється на правовідносини та зобов'язання сторін, які виникли з дати набуття чинності цього договору і вважаються продовженими до 31.12.2021 року. 3. Решта умов договору залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання сторонами. 4. Додаткова угода № 4 складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
