Внести зміни до п.3.2 Розділу 3 Договору, викласти в наступній редакції:
Ціна за 1000 куб.м. газу за цим договором ( з врахуванням тарифу на послугу замовлення (бронювання) потужності) становить 4017,50 грн без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ - 803,50 грн., всього з ПДВ - 4821.00 грн. Пункт 3.6 розділу 3 Договору, залишити без змін: Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 461 790,00 грн. ( чотириста шістдесят одна тисяча сімсот дев'яносто грн.00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 20 %.
