Внести зміни до п.6.6 Оплата вартості послуги з розподілу природного газу за цим Договором, за період з 01.01.2021 року, здійснюється Споживачем, який не є побутовим, на умовах 100% оплати до 01
числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим періодом, на підставі рахунка Оператора ГРМ та/або акту наданих послуг з розподілу природного газу.
Після припинення дії карантину п. 6.6. діє в редакції Типового договору
розподілу природного газу № 42AB140-469-21 від 26.01.2021 року.
Внести зміни до п.12.1. розділу XII Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції: «12.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його укладення і діє до 31.12.2021 року, при цьому строк дії Договору є періодом надання послуги.
