Відповідно до п.7 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами), враховуючи постанову НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.01.2021 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2022 рік», який є невід’ємною складовою ціни (тарифу) електричної енергії, сторони прийшли до згоди змінити ціну (тариф) електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год з 4,80 грн. на 4,862052 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ.
