Враховуючи, що згідно п. 4 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії № 50 від 08.02.2022р. на строк достатній для проведення оплати за послуги отримані в грудні 2022 року, а саме до 31.01.2023р.
