Сторони відповідно до ст.36 ч.4 п.2, п.1 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % в зв'язку з коливанням ціни даного виду товару на ринку. Щоб зазначені зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, було зменшено обсяги закупівлі хек с/м на 320,10 кг.. Зменшено ціну договору на 0,55 грн..Загальна сума за договору становить 187160,45 грн. без ПДВ.

Щоб зазначені зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, було зменшено обсяги закупівлі хек с/м на 147,90 кг.. Зменшено ціну договору на 38,18 грн..Загальна сума за договору становить 187122,27 грн. без ПДВ.

Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг закупівлі риби відповідно пункт 1.4. Договору про закупівлю №41/2230 від 26.02.2018 р. та частини 4 пунктів 1 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25.12.2015р.(зі змінами), а саме: Хек с/м-286,60 кг. Зменшити ціну договору на 16637,13 грн. та викласти Розділ VII.«Ціна на продукцію та порядок розрахунків» пункт 7.6 в новій редакції: "7.6. Ціна цього Договору становить 170485,14 грн. без ПДВ (сто сімдесят тисяч чотириста вісімдесят п’ять грн. 14 коп.)."
