Продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. У зв’язку з дією Указу Президента України № 64/2022 від 24.02.2022 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", відповідно до п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони погодили продовжити строк дії Договору та строк виконання зобов’язань за договором до 31.12.2023 року
