Продовження дії Договору № 8959 від 23.02.2018р. – до 31.03.2019р. включно – на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2019р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі на 2018р. Обсяг закупівель буде визначений після затвердження плану використання бюджетних коштів ДАП «Україна» на 2019р., про що Сторонами буде укладено додаткову угоду.

Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити об’єм поставки палива на 17,626 тони та змінити загальну вартість Додаткової угоди №4 від 15.01.2019 року. Сторони домовились здійснити поставку палива на загальну суму 3 998 799,00 гривень з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% від суми, визначеної Договором від 23.02.2018 №8959. Поставка Продукції здійснюється протягом І кварталу 2019 року.
Орієнтовний об’єм поставки палива – 141,300 тони
