Відповідно до ч. 5 ст 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" № 922- VІІІ від 25.12.2015 (в редації що діяла на момент проведення процедури закупівлі) та п.11.3 укладеного Договору , сторони прийшли згоди доповнити Договір пунктом 3.1.1, в якому зазначено що вартість закупівлі сира твердого та сира кисломолочного на час проведення закупівлі на початку 2021 року визначається в межах 20% вартості Договору та становить 109855,30 грн. без ПДВ.
