Note:
1. Продовжити дію договору у 2020 році на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на суму 19 999,72 грн (дев'ятнадцять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто дев'ять грн 72 коп) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначених в угоді 99 998,58 грн (дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто вісім грн 58 коп) з ПДВ. 2. Відповідно до частини 3 статі 631 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони домовились, що всі умови угоди розповсюджують свою дію на відносини, які виникли між Сторонами з 01.01.2020 р. та діє до 01.03.2020 року, а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.
