перевищує 20% за гально ї суми, визнач еної в початковому дого во р і про закупівлю.
2. Внести зміни до п. п. 4.1. розділу 4 «ТЕРМІН ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» та
викласти його у наступній редакції:
«Договір послуг з охорони набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до
18 лютого 2022 року включно».

Note:
Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 58 816,29 грн. (п’ятдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот шістнадцять гривень двадцять дев’ять копійок) з ПДВ., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році та внести зміни до п. 2.1. договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 357 202,29 грн. (триста п’ятдесят сім тисяч двісті дві гривні двадцять дев’ять копійок) з ПДВ».
