Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у цьому Договорі, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку"

Керуючись положеннями частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII, та відповідно п. 11.11. договору на постачання природного газу від 30.01.2020р.. № 41SN497-467-20, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі товару до 28. 02. 2021р. - строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, зазначеної в договорі.
