Керуючись п. 8.6 Договору та п.1 ч. 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку
з розірванням Договору Сторони прийшли до згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі та викласти

Кількість товару : бензин А-92 - 3500 ( три тисячі п’ятсот) літрів; дизельне паливо-2500(дві

2. Зменшити ціну Договору та викласти п.3.1 Договору у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 194300,00 грн.(Сто дев’яносто чотири тисячі триста
грн.ООкоп.) в тому числі ПДВ»
