беручи до уваги компетенційне правонаступництво, внаслідок якого передано владні повноваження та функції від департаменту житлово-комунального господарства Чернівецької міської ради до департаменту інфраструктури та благоустрою Чернівецької міської ради, керуючись ст. 512 Цивільного кодексу України
