1. Відповідно до пункту 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пункту 1 статті 651 Цивільного Кодексу України, пункту 4.5.1 Договору про закупівлю послуг від «29» травня 2018 р. № 25 (далі – Договір), враховуючи фактичне надання послуг протягом 2018 року, Сторони домовились: 1.1.
