1.Сума додаткової угоди становить 1 100 040,00 грн.(один мільйон сто тисяч сорокгрн.00 коп.)з урахуванням ПДВ.(Загальний фонд: КПКВ 4111022- 20 000,00 грн., Спеціальний фонд: КПКВ 4111010- 1 080 040,00 грн.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
2.Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання та діє до проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року відповідно до затвердженого річного плану закупівлі на поточний рік.
3.Сторони вирішили , що дія цієї додаткової угоди застосовується до відносин між ними, які виникли з 04.01.2022.
