Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору № 49 від 20.02.2020 року (далі – Договір) та викласти в наступній редакції:
«п.5.1 Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими на це представниками Сторін і діє до 31.03.2021 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного їх виконання».
2. Загальна вартість товарів, що будуть закуплені в період з 04.01.2021 року по 31.03.2021 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами після затвердження кошторису (тимчасового кошторису).

Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 49 від 20.02.2020 року в період з 04.01.2021 по 31.03.2021 року.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору № 49 від 20.02.2020 року на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 2 426 483,34 (два мільйони чотириста двадцять шість тисяч чотириста вісімдесят три) грн. 34 коп. (з ПДВ). Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2021 рік 20 відсотків від загальної суми договору складає 403 200,00 (чотириста три тисячі двісті) грн. 00 коп. (з ПДВ).
3. Кількість/обсяг товарів згідно п. 1.1 з урахуванням змін становить 5 000 кг.
