1. В зв'язку зі зміною керівника Генпідрядника, сторони вирішили внести зміни до преамбули Договору: "Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Афіна Центр", що іменуються надалі - "Генпідрядник", в особі директора Сушинського Костянтина Юрійовича, якій діє на підставі Статуту".
2. В зв'язку зі зміною банківських реквізитів Генпідрядника, сторони керуючись п.15.5 Договору, втрішили внести зміни до розділу 17 "Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін" Договору.
