відповідно до п.1 част. 5 статті 41 Закону – зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, а саме:
строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт змінено з «19.08.2020 – 2021 - та подовження у наступних бюджетних періодах» на «19.08.2020 – 2021 - 2022 - та подовження у наступних бюджетних періодах»;
зменшення обсягів закупівлі та відповідно зменшення ціни договору із 15 524 994,00 грн. з ПДВ до 14 422 928,12 грн. з ПДВ
