Керуючись п.10.3 Договору та частиною п’ятою статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 в редакції до 19.04.2020, відповідно до якої «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, а саме – до 31 березня 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, та викласти п. 10.3 Договору в такій редакції: «10.3. Дія Договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме – до 31.03.2021, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни Договору, якщо видатки Замовника на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».

Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 15.12.2015 в редакції до 19.04.2020, Сторони за взаємною домовленістю цією додатковою угодою встановлюють взаємні зобов’язання в частині надання послуг та їхньої оплати. Відповідно
Сторони домовились збільшити обсяг закупівлі до 10140 дітоднів та загальну ціну Договору до 141960 грн без ПДВ.
