частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали Додаткову
угоду до Договору № 03-21 від «11» січня 2021 року про наступне:
1.Внести зміни до п.5.1 розділу V Договору та викласти його в новій редакції,а саме:
«Строк поставки (з дати укладання Договору до 31.12.2021 р.) товару згідно із
замовленням Покупця та не повинні порушуватись Постачальником.»
