У зв’язку з зміною тарифу на електричну енергію, Сторони домовилися внести зміни в Додаток 3 до Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №ВІ-154500 від 15.01.2021 р. (далі - Договір):
Пункт 2 Додатку 3 до Договору викласти в наступній редакції?
«2. Кількість: активна електрична енергія – 7674 кВт*год. Ціна електричної енергії визначається відповідно до розділу «Ціна» комерційної пропозиції (додаток №2 до Договору). В тому числі:
- в період з 01.12.2021 р. по 31.12.2021 р. згідно з відповідними тарифами на електроенергію 5,321508 грн. за 1 кВт*год з ПДВ – 654 кВт*год.»
Додаткова угода №3
1. Сторони домовились внести зміни в Додаток 3 до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № ВІ-154500 від 15.01.2021 р. (далі Договір) та збільшити суму Договору згідно з реальним фінансуванням на 4015 грн. 00 коп.
Пункт 3 Додатку 3 до Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3. Вартість поставленої протягом 2021 року електричної енергії становить 33177 грн. 34 коп. (Тридцять три тисячі сто сімдесят сім грн. 34 коп.) з ПДВ.».
