Note:
1. На підставі наданого постачальником вмотивованого звернення про проведення попередньої оплати замовником проводиться попередня оплата.
1.1 Постачальник може використовувати отриману попередню оплату для здійснення оплат, необхідних для виконання Договору.
1.2 Постачальник зобов’язується використати одержану попередню оплату у межах строку, визначеного абзацом третім пункту 1 постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 №1070, але в будь-якому випадку не пізніше строку дії Договору та у строк, визначений відповідно до заявки на поставку Товару, здійснити поставку Товару за Договором.
1.3 У межах строку дії Договору невикористані суми попередньої оплати підлягають поверненню.
2. Відповідно до пункту 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону, з урахуванням пункту 3.4.1 розділу 3 Договору, з урахуванням листа постачальника про продовження співпраці та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
2.1 Пункт 3.1 Договору доповнити новим абзацом такого змісту:
Оплата за продукцію звільняється від оподаткування податком на додану вартість, оскільки на таку операцію розповсюджується податкова пільга.
2.2 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «15 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «28 лютого 2022 року»;
2.3 У п. 11.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «28 березня 2022 року».
3. У разі потреби ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК забезпечує відповідальне зберігання продукції.
4. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

2. У разі потреби Постачальник забезпечує відповідальне зберігання продукції.
3. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
