Керуючись положенням п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони дійшли згоди:
Ціна електроенергії за 1 кВт/год з ПДВ складає 2,50424 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 0,41737 грн.
Обсяг постачання електричної енергії з 01.04.2021 до 31.12.2021 складає 13,53 тис. кВт*год.
Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01.04.2021.
