Note:
І. п.1.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність Споживачу у 2019 році природний газ (далі – газ), ДК 021:2015 код 09120000-6 Газове паливо (Природний газ), а Споживач зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором.
ІІ. п.4.2.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Оплата вартості послуг з постачання газу здійснюється Споживачем не пізніше 10 числа місяця наступного за розрахунковим, на підставі рахунку фактури та актів приймання-передачі природного газу, які надаються Постачальником.»
ІІІ. п. 4.7 договору виключити: «У разі переплати вартості газу сума переплати зараховується Постачальником в рахунок оплати газу на наступний розрахунковий період або повертається на поточний рахунок Споживача на його письмову вимогу».
ІV. п. 4.8 договору викласти в наступній редакції: «4.7. Звірка розрахунків здійснюється Сторонами протягом десяти днів з дати пред'явлення вимоги про це однієї із Сторін на підставі відомостей про фактичну оплату вартості газу Споживачем та актів приймання-передачі газу.»
V. п. 4.9 договору викласти в наступній редакції: « 4.8. Податкові накладні та додатки до них оформлюються Сторонами в електронній формі, згідно з вимогами норм Податкового кодексу України та прийнятих на його виконання підзаконних нормативно-правових актів.»
VІ. Розділ Х. «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» договору викласти в наступній редакції:
