Договору №37/2230 від 25.07.2017р., дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

Відповідно до частини 5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.10.3 Договору № 37/2230 від 25.07.2017р. дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Згідно потреб Замовника та по домовленості сторін загальна сума даної Додаткової угоди на право поставки М’ясо (код предмету закупівлі 15110000-2) становить 57974,00 грн. (П’ятдесят сім тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири гривні 00 копiйок) без ПДВ та, враховуючи вищезазначене, викласти у новій редакції додаток до Додаткової угоди (Специфікація Товару).
