Керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.3.2, п.6.2.2 Договору №150 про закупівлю централізованого водопостачання від 05.02.2019 вирішили внести зміни до Договору в такі частині: 1. Пункт .3. розділу 1 «Предмет договору» викласти в наступній редакції: «1.3. Виконавець бере на себе зобов’язання забезпечити Замовника питною водою в межах запланованих Замовником обсягів 17548 куб. метрів, та тарифами, що діятимуть на момент здійснення щомісячних нарахувань». 2. Пункт 3.1. Розділу 3 «Ціна Договору» викласти в наступній редакції: 3. «3.1. Ціна договору становить 160 642,29 грн. (сто шістдесят тисяч шістсот сорок дві гривні 29 копійок) (у т.ч. ПДВ)».
