Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону (в новій редакції ч. 6 ст. 41) України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно п. 14.1 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
