У зв’язку із виникненням документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинюють продовження терміну передачі (поставки) товару, з великим попитом на продукцію та неспроможністю виробника товару вчасно відвантажити товар, (лист Постачальника від 22.08.2024 № 299, керуючись підпунктом 4 пункту 19 Особливостей та розділами 11 та 13 Договору, вирішили укласти Додаткову угоду до Договору про наступне:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 5.1. розділу 5 Договору викласти у новій редакції:
«5.1. Поставка Товару здійснюється в термін по 25.09.2024 року включно.»
