Відповідно до пункту 8 частини 4 статті 36 та згідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №"922-VIII ( із змінами та доповненнями) і пункту 10.1 Договору №25 від 05.03.2018 року, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору та збільшити його суму згідно чинного законодавства. Сума зобов язань за даною Додатковою угодою не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі попереднього бюджетного періоду і складає 198581,73 грн. (Сто дев'яносто вісім тисяч п'ятсот вісімдесят одна грн. 73 коп.) у т.ч . ПДВ-12991,33.
