Продовжити дію договору на постачання теплової енергії № ТЕ-14 від 12.03.2018 р., на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2019 рік, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі № ТЕ-14 від 12.03.2018 р. 2. пункт 1.2 Договору доповнити: Плановий розподіл теплової енергії на опалення в період 01.01.2019р. по 31.03.2019р.становить- 33,631 Гкал./23дні. 3. пункт 3.2. Договору викласти: Орієнтована вартість додаткової угоди становить - 6509,69 грн. ( Шість тисяч п’ятсот дев’ять гр. 69 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ20% - 1084,95грн., в період з 01.01.2019р. по 31.03.2019р. що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в п.3.2 договору на постачання теплової енергії № ТЕ- 14 від 12.03.2018 р.

1. КП «ПКВ» ЕМР і «Споживач» прийшли до угоди внести зміни та зменшити суму Додаткової угоди №2 від 04.03.19р. з постачання теплової енергії, згідно фактичного нарахування. 2. Пункт 3 додаткової угоди № 2 до договору № ТЕ-14 від 12.03.2018 р. викласти в наступній редакції : Загальна вартість додаткової угоди №2 зменшується на - 0,08 грн. та становить - 6509.61грн. (Шість тисяч п’ятсот дев’ять грн 61 коп.). тому числі ПДВ 20% -1084,93 гри. Інші умови зазначеного договору не порушені в дійсній додатковій угоді, залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
