Відповідно до частини 2 п.11.3 Договору № 02/06/17-0913 від 02.06.2017 року, а саме зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку (експертний висновок ЧК-699 від 20.09.2017 р. Чернігівської регіональної Торгово-промислової палати України (Серія ЧН №045615*) та листа-повідомлення ПП «ТТ-НАФТА» від 21.09.2017 р.) за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в п.3.1. Договору № 02/06/17-0913 від 02.06.2017 року, Сторони домовилися внести наступні зміни до договору: 1) викласти п. 1.3 Договору в наступній редакції: «1.3. Кількість товару – 442 000 літрів: дизельне паливо- 435000 л ( в тому числі за бюджетні кошти 12 000л), бензин А-95 – 7000 л ( в тому числі за бюджетні кошти 1000л).» 2) додаток № 1 до Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
