1. Зменшити суму Договору на 321799,12 грн. (Триста двадцять одна тисяча сімсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн, 23 коп.)
2. Викласти п.2.1. Договору № 1 від 13.05.2019 року в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору визначена Сторонами згідно із специфікацією товару (Додаток 1 до Договору) і становить 639200,88 грн (Шістсот тридцять дев’ять тисяч двісті грн. 88 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 106533,49 грн (Сто шість тисяч п’ятсот тридцять три грн. 49 коп.).
3. Викласти Специфікацію (Додаток 1 до Договору ) в новій редакції.
