1.1 З урахуванням листа Постачальника про продовження співпраці, гарантії виконання зобов’язань та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 березня 2021 року»
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «22 квітня 2021 року»
1.2 Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними

1.1. Керуючись пунктами 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням Протоколу засідання тендерного комітету ДП «Медзакупівлі України» та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни:
1.1.1 У п. 10.1 Договору цифри та слова «22 квітня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «01 грудня 2021 року»
1.2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
