5.1. Строк надання послуг за цим Договором – до 31.12.2017р.
2. Внести зміни до п. 5.3 розділу V. НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ та викласти в наступній редакції:
5.3. Послуги діляться на два етапи:
І етап – складання документації із землеустрою у двох оригінальних примірниках;
ІІ етап - електронний документ у форматі XML, що містить відомості про результати робіт із землеустрою (після погодження в установленому порядку технічної документації із землеустрою щодо інвентаризації земель у відповідності до вимог ст. 186' Земельного кодексу України) та витяг з Державного земельного кадастру.
3. Внести зміни до Календарного плану виконання (Додаток №3 до Договору) та викласти в новій редакції.
