1. Сторони домовились п.3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
« 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 694 834,20 грн. ( шістсот дев'яносто чотири тисячі вісімсот тридцять чотири грн. 20 коп.), у тому числі : ПДВ 115 805,70 грн. (сто п'ятнадцять тисяч вісімсот п'ять грн. 70 коп.), в т.ч.:
за рахунок коштів обласного бюджету - 691 706,14 грн. (шістсот дев'яносто одна тисяча сімсот шість грн. 14 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 115 284,36 грн. (сто п'ятнадцять тисяч двісті вісімдесят чотири грн.36 коп.)
- за рахунок власних коштів - 3 128,06 грн. (три тисячі сто двадцять вісім грн. 06 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ –521,34 грн. (п'ятсот двадцять одна грн. 34 коп.).
2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
