1. Керуючись положеннями укладеного між сторонами Договору, положеннями ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити термін дії Договору № 378 В від 28 лютого 2017 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, у зв’язку з цим домовилися про наступне:
1.1. Пункт 12.1 Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
12.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з 01.01.2017 року і діє до завершення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році.
