Залежно від обсягу реального фінансування на підставі рішення Сумської міської ради від 21.12.2017 № 2909-МР "Про міський бюджет на 2018 рік" сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. зменшити суму визначену у Договорі на 357 467,00 грн. та викласти пункт 3.1 розділу 3 в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Сума, визначена у Договорі на день укладання Договору становить 648 433,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 108072,17 грн.;
1.2. викласти Додаток №4 в новій редакції
(додаткова угода з Додатком № 4 додаєтьмя)
