Замовник і Постачальник керуючись нормами п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.2 Договору № 6 від 09.01.2019 року (далі – Договір) дійшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.

1.Керуючись нормами чинного законодавства згідно п.1 ч.4, ст.36 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.2 даного договору у зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі зменшити суму договору на 20 300,00грн. (Двадцять тисяч триста грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ і викласти п.3.1 даного договору в наступній редакції:
1.1. Ціна договору складає 280 790,00 грн. (Двісті вісімдесят тисяч сімсот дев’яносто грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ, згідно з Специфікацією Товару (Додаток 1 цього Договору).
