Катерининський неє можливим у звязку з погодними умовами, так як роботи будуть виконуватись на відкритому просторі у зимовий період) та на підставі частини4 пункту 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобовязань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених обєктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі не переробної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі"
