Note:
Для своєчасного забезпечення теплом приміщень Університету ДФС України в опалювальний період, а саме з 16 жовтня по 31 грудня 2020 р. та безперебійною подачею гарячого водопостачання гуртожитків, казарми і учбових корпусів було проведено відкриті торги - UA-2020-09-11-001722-c . Проте двоє учасників визначених системою переможцями – відмовилися від підписання Договору (ст. 31 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" замовник відхиляє тендерну пропозицію у разі, якщо переможець процедури закупівлі: відмовився від підписання договору про закупівлю відповідно до вимог тендерної документації або укладення договору про закупівлю), що спричинило істотне відтермінування строків для укладення договору з наступним учасником- переможцем. В зв’язку з цим виникла нагальна потреба в укладенні додаткової угоди № 6 на продовження терміну дії Договору № 2 від 01.03.2020 р.
