Зважаючи на необхідність проведення Замовником на початку 2022 року процедури закупівлі за предметом "Сервісні послуги єдиної цифрової відомчої телекомунікаційної мережі МВС", керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"та умовами Договору від 05.05.2021 року №21-0097/22 про надання сервісних послуг ЄЦТВМ Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду до Договору.
