1.Керуючись п. 8.3. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди визнати Додаткову угоду №1 від 28.12.2017 року до Договору постачання природного газу № EN-20 від 20.12.2017 року недійсною. 2.Керуючись п. 4.3. Договору Сторони визначили, що ціна газу, що постачається на умовах Договору в період з 01 січня 2018року до 31 грудня 2018року, становить за 1000 кубічних метрів 6416,67грн., крім того податок на додану вартість за ставкою 20%, що складає 1283,33грн., разом з ПДВ 20% 7700,00грн. (Сім тисяч сімсот грн. 00 коп.). 3. В Розділі 9 "Юридичні адреси і банківські реквізити Сторін" Договору, реквізити Споживача викласти в наступній редакції: Споживач: Волинська обласна інфекційна лікарня Код ЄДРПОУ 03398983, місцезнаходження та адреси для листування: 43016, Волинська обл., м.Луцьк, вул.
