1.Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни: на підставі п.1ч4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" № 922-VIIIвід 25.12.2015 року - зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, зменшити ціну Договору на 2 265 855,37 грн, в тому числі ПДВ 377 642,56 грн та викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "Ціна Договору становить 4 451 778, 63 грн в тому числі ПДВ 741 963,11 грн.
