Note:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги постачання електричної енергії, відповідно п. 2.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції:
«Обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії: 64530 кВт/год.».
2. Сторони домовились внести зміни до абзацу першого п. 2 Додатку №2 до Договору, та викласти його у такій редакції:
«Ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії, без урахування тарифу на її розподіл, становить 5,951695 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ, ПДВ у розмірі 20% до ціни електричної енергії у т.ч. ПДВ-0,991949 грн»
4. Решта умов Договору залишається незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами.
5. Відповідно до ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони домовились, що умови додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, що виникли між Сторонами з 01.12.2023 року.
6. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, які мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
