У зв’язку із тим, що фактичний обсяг послуг наданих Виконавцем, менший передбачених у Договорі №230 від „10” травня 2018 р., пункт 3.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
п. 3.1. Ціна (сума, загальна вартість) цього Договору становить 313971,00 грн. (Триста тринадцять тисяч дев'ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
. Згідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 10.1 Договору викласти у такій редакції:
п. 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє по 31 березня 2019р., але у будь - якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за цим Договором.
