1. У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, згідно з пунктом 11.5 Договору Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.1. Сума, визначена в цьому Договорі, становить 974 600,00 грн. (дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири тисячі шістсот гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 162 433,33 грн. (сто шістдесят дві тисячі чотириста тридцять три гривні 33 коп.)».

Note:
1. Дію Договору № 2011720/24-38 від 18 травня 2016 р. продовжити до 31 березня 2017 р. включно. У зв’язку з цим внести зміни у пункти 5.2 і 10.2, виклавши їх у новій редакції:
«5.2. Строк надання Послуг: з 1.04.2016 р. (відповідно до частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України) до 31.03.2017 р.»;
«10.2. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.03.2017 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.

(тридцять дві тисячі чотириста вісімдесят шість гривень 67 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі № 2011720/24-38 від 18 травня 2016 р., з урахуванням ПДВ.
