Згідно ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до п.12.2 Договору Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору № 66 від 08.11.2019 року на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, а саме: 63 623,82 грн. (шістдесят три тисячі шістсот двадцять три грн. 82 коп.) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
